VINTAGE BLACK BEADED HANDBAG

DESCRIPTION
This hand beaded bag has a fold over closure.
Every bit of the bag is covered with black seed beads in a stylized flower pattern.
The frame is gold metal and part of the frame is a fold-over section that is covered in beads. It secures the two sides. The fold-over section is edged with a gold twisted metal trim in scallop shapes.
The handle is fabric covered in black seed beads.
The bag is lined with black satin with 2 unzipped pockets.
The bag is large enough to contain a mobile phone and other essentials for a night out.
The bag weighs 536 grams.
The label tells us that the bag was hand beaded in Hong Kong.

MEASUREMENTS
The bag measures 10.5 inches / 26.5 cm wide, 6.75 inches / 17 cm long from top to bottom (excluding the handle), and 1.5 inches / 4 cm deep at sides.
The handle is 13 inches / 33 cm long.

The bag is circa mid 20th century.

The bag is in excellent vintage condition.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I am happy to refund if you change your mind about the item. You will receive the refund (postage costs excluded) when I receive the goods back in the same condition they were sent.
I will refund the cost of the item and the postage cost paid when:
The item is not as described or
The item is damaged in transit to such an extent that it can't be used or
The item is lost in transit.
If the item is slightly damaged in transit, but is still usable or repairable, I will discount the price. I will require proof of damage - an emailed photo will usually suffice.
If an item with a tracking number tracks as having been delivered and the buyer doesn't receive it, the buyer must take this up with the carrier. The carrier won't allow me to do this on the buyer's behalf. I will not refund in this situation.

All of the goods I sell are vintage and most will have had prior owners. For this reason, they are likely to show some signs of age or wear. This is normal and I will only mention specific issues that I think you should know about before deciding to purchase.
